Situated on the Dutch side of St. Maarten - near the French border - this Dawn Beach Club condo offers 1,800 square feet of comfortable, modern living space for up to 8 guests. The unit features a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms that share a main bathroom, and a pull‑out couch for extra sleeping space. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. 

Inside, you’ll find flat‑screen TVs, a spacious dining area, luxurious bathrooms with walk-in showers, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, Wi‑Fi access, and a private balcony with beautiful sea views. Because the condo is located on the Dutch side, standard North American electricity is used - no travel adapters required.

Guests also enjoy full access to the amenities at the attached JW Marriott St. Maarten Beach Resort & Spa, including a swimming pool, pool bar, fitness center, restaurant, children’s activities, and more.

Flights and extras (such as car rentals) are at your own expense. Flights typically run around $800, with direct options available from Toronto to St. Maarten. The property includes a main cottage + coachhouse, plenty of sleeping space, and parking for 4 vehicles. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday for the 2027/2028 season.

Point Clark is a hidden gem — quiet roads, sandy shoreline, and a beautifully restored lighthouse you can see right from the beach. A true slice of Lake Huron heaven.
